Each assignment undertaken by Mackenzie Executive starts with a detailed face to face meeting to see if both parties are clear with the process which is about to be undertaken. Once the brief and requirements have been finalized Mackenzie Executive will provide you with a detailed action plan including agreed deadlines and commentary until the assignment is concluded, however we don’t believe that our service should stop there, the first 90 days of any appointment are critical to any senior hire and we will continue to work with you through this process to ensure a seamless transition into his or hers new role.
